Dream Kids House International Kindergarten Information Session for 2021 Enrollment
2020.10.23
Hello! I’m Eri Nakata from Dream Kids House.
We will be holding an information session for 2021 enrollment in October.
Enrollment at Dream Kids House begins at the start of the month when your child turns two.
Dream Kids House is an international kindergarten located a five-minute walk from Toyocho Station.
We offer plenty of learning opportunities with specialized instructors in Montessori, Eurhythmics, art, and more.
By allowing children to engage with real materials, we help bring out each child’s unique abilities.
The day at Dream Kids House starts with English circle time.
Because children spend their daily lives in English, they naturally acquire the language.
In addition to pronunciation and listening skills, we focus on developing communication abilities.
But it’s not just about English.
Throughout the year, Dream Kids House offers many enjoyable experiential events.
In May, the whole school goes to Chiba Prefecture for sweet potato digging.
We explore questions like: How do plants grow? What’s the best way to cook them? Not just through discussion, but by actually touching the soil and enjoying the experience.
In the Kinder class, there’s a two-night, three-day nature experience learning trip.
Spending three days away from their parents with friends fosters significant confidence in the children.
During the Christmas concert, we showcase the results of our regular practice with Eurhythmics and English plays.
It’s impressive to see how much fun the children have even on a big stage!
These are children who have grown at Dream Kids House.
There are many more appealing aspects we’d love to share!
We invite you to take this opportunity to visit Dream Kids House.
Voices of the Parents
— Parent of a four-year-old
“I wanted my child to develop an interest in various things, so I enrolled them in Dream Kids House, which offers a variety of activities. In just a month, they have learned so much and are having a great time. Especially in English, they are growing rapidly, remembering new words every day and using simple phrases at home. They ask questions like ‘What’s this?’ while looking at picture books, and say ‘Help please’ when they need assistance, showing their curiosity. I’m especially impressed by their good pronunciation, likely due to interacting with native teachers and those who have lived abroad.”
— Parent of a three-year-old
“Although my son just started attending, he has been stimulated since day one and joyfully hops onto the school bus. I was attracted to the high-quality education he receives, including Montessori and Eurhythmics, which are hard to find elsewhere. The combination of the best aspects of both nursery and kindergarten was also a deciding factor. Now that he’s attending, I feel a warm, homey atmosphere with interactions among parents, teachers, and classmates. Each day is packed with activities, and even though my son was going through a defiant phase at home, he’s started dressing himself and greeting others, showing noticeable growth in just one month, thanks to the warm support from the teachers. I look forward to seeing him return home with bright eyes, excited about new experiences.”
— Parent of a two-year-old
“When my child transitioned from Dream Kids Little to Dream Kids House, I was anxious at first, but they became close with their teacher on the first day and talked happily at pick-up time, which reassured me. Since joining the house, my child has started to be more independent, remembering and sharing new words daily, and I’m surprised by their growth. In creative activities, they used to stick to one color, but now they use many colors, drawing things like boats and flowers. I’m delighted with their progress after just one month. The teachers keep me informed daily through notes, allowing me to learn about my child’s experiences at school, including things I didn’t know. I feel comfortable trusting them.”
— Parent of a four-year-old
“During this pre-study phase, I want to nurture my daughter’s desire and abilities rather than focusing solely on learning letters. I was looking for a preschool that incorporates Montessori education, which I personally find interesting. I also want to ensure that music remains a joyful expression rather than just a ‘study’ or ‘lesson.’ Dream Kids House meets both of these desires. Since enrolling, not only have the activities been beneficial, but the daily life alongside children of various ages has encouraged my daughter to support younger kids and challenge herself with difficult tasks, leading to more positive changes than I anticipated. I look forward to reading the daily reports about my child’s experiences.”
